"Out of searching 5 states in the southeast for about 4 months, you guys & gals are the bomb. As of this writing, not even on ebay have I found a better deal from a month and a half ago when I purchased my 07 CBR1000RR with no miles on it, (well 4 miles for testing). Even though prior to purchase, my dealer (Don Smith) gave me a great deal, he gave me a greater deal when I came in to buy. Low monthly payments with bike and gear.
Now after 1300 miles, the bike still feels strong and new as ever. Accessories could be beefed up a bit, but all and all, I am still glad I got my CBR from Ya'll.
Financing was a breeze, more than I had anticipated and per my wifes request, you all helped my get protected to the hilt.
And Deano from Quality Control was very helpful during my checkout. A lot of the things he has mentioned still rings in my head that prepared me and keeps me prepared for a safe and enjoyable ride on my machine.

I wanted to take a couple of minutes and thank you for your great service and attitude that I have experienced at Southern Honda. I started looking in May for a new Honda CBR600. I called several Honda dealers about pricing to see where I could get the best price. They at least deserved a chance to match your price, right? After a few hang-ups (just after I told them where my cheapest price was from which of course was you all) and managers putting young girls on the phone to try to sweet talk me into paying more, I quickly realized that you all are truly unbeatable.
The next step was to get the ball rolling with Southern Honda and I was put in touch with Anthony. He was a great help in answering all of the questions that I had and helping me get financing setup. It was a surprise to not feel pushed into anything. I drove up on a Friday and everything was ready to go with my CBR sitting next to his desk.
After a couple of weeks I received a form in the mail that need notarizing, but unfortunately I was out of town for over a week. When I returned I got the forms sent back off. However, since my vacation delayed the forms, I ended up with an expired temporary tag. This was going to be an issue when I went to take my scheduled exam to get my license. This is when Mindy stepped in a took care of me. She personally got the paperwork needed and drove them across the state line to get the bike registered. The same day I was able to get my tag for the bike. Amazing.
There have been a few times, and Anthony will agree, that I have called in to ask him questions. I also have called in just today and spoke with Eddie (I am pretty sure it was him) about my bike burning oil.
Everyone that I have ever dealt with (I wish I could remember the nice young lady’s name that helped me with my financing) have been top notch. I could not ask for better service and attitudes. Thank you so much and I will continue, as I already have, giving out your dealership as a reference to anyone purchasing a Honda.

"I made a call late on a Monday afternoon and spoke with Kelly Foutch. He had me go to the Southern Honda website and take a look at your inventory. I saw the 2007 sabre and fell in love with it. kelly took my app over the phone and since it was already near closing time said he'd call me back 1st thing in the morning. I got a call from Kelly at 10am Tuesday who told me come pick-up the bike. They installed a windshield and a sissy-bar so that i wouldn't be in the dog house with my wife, two new full coverage helmets, an extended five year warranty, plus all the registration. Mind you I didn't actually arrive at Southern Honda until around 3:00pm. They did all this and i was on the road for a 60mile drive back at the house before my wife got home. Boy was she surprised. "Let me tell you about my experience at Southern Honda. This is my third purchase, I came to buy a 2007 CBR1000RR, everything is going smooth so we go to hand the paper work to Carla and while I am standing in the lounge waiting for my turn I see an 08 CBR1000RR, I am indecisive I cant make up my mind. I grab my salesman (Brain Hatfield), he goes into Carla's office stops the paper work and pulls a 07 and 08 together so I can make up my mind. It took me a good hour to decide because of the deal they had on the 07's. I finally decide on the 08 we go over to finance it takes no time at all.
Thats not even the best part, my last bike was a 96 ZX6 RR. So this is a huge jump up for me. I go out to the pick up area and I meet "Deano", he went out of his way to show me all the features of the bike and to make feel really comfortable around it. I bet I talked to him for over hour! He was the best part about the purchase. This is after the sale! Where most places are trying to rush you out the door they went out of their way to make me feel like family. I can not praise the people enough.
There is something to be said about service after the sale, it is getting to be a rare thing these days. They have gained a customer for life and my loyalty. This the kind of place all other stores should model themselves after!
Oh, by the way the Bike, flat out is a BEAST!!! Everything they said it was, my Heart is still racing.... WOW!"

" After calling for availability in late October on a 2006 Foreman 500, I made the 420 mile trip to your dealership on November 2. I got the unit I was looking for at the quoted price and after a couple of hours,(the place was very busy), I was back on the road headed for home.
It's been almost 4 months and the only hint of a problem with the bike has been the slight flat spot in the tires caused during shipping, while crated, to your store. Other than that, it's been a true Honda product. The oil and filter were changed when recommended and it's been nothing but fun since day one!
The definition of quality is giving the customer exactly what they ask for.. and you folks have that down to a science.
Anytime the subject of ATV's comes up in a conversation, I recommended your dealership. I have a great-nephew who got the exact model I have and he got it from you guys only a week after I bought mine. So the next time I am in the market for an ATV, I'll just pick up the phone to Chattanooga and see what you have available. Your prices were anywhere from $700-$1600 lower than the local dealers here.

I would like to convey my sincerest appreciation to your Business and especially one of your employees, Adam McArthur from Parts.
In today's world it is so refreshing to actually find someone that is more devoted to Customer Satisfaction as opposed to the value of the "all mighty dollar". I purchased a 2007 Honda TRX400EX from your Business last May/June and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and support I have received from yor team. Living over 100 miles from your facility, and at the recommendation of a friend, my son and I made the trip to Chatanooga and purchased our ATV. We were impressed with the facility and the reception we received. After completing our purchase, there were a few items that were back ordered and I had to contact Parts for follow up. Adam personally took the time to investigate the status of those items and made sure they were delivered in an extremely expeditious fashion. At no time was I "hounded" to purchase additional items or change my order. Many times I have entered into such tactics from other vendors and it becomes very frustrating.
In addition, my son had expressed a desire for some other "classic" items for cosmetic and functional application for Christmas. I engaged our more local distributor and, let's just say, became very frustrated and disappointed with their service. I, therefore, contacted Adam to see what he had available on short notice. It was about a week from Christmas. Adam took the time to look into my requests and provided me with all the information I requested and got our items shipped and delivered well before Christmas.
Just about a week ago, I found myself in need of additional support from your Parts department. I didn't even attempt to contact any of our local distributors because of my past experiences. I went directly to Adam. Again, Adam came through with "flying colors"! The parts I needed and requested were delivered within 24 hours. I could have driven the 2 1/2 hours to Chatanooga to pick them up or even the 15 minutes to our local distributor and gotten the same items, but I put my faith in Adam and was not disappointed. I saved money on the commute and sanity from frustration.
I know this may not mean much to many people, but to me it is all about interfacing with the Customer and making them feel comfortable and satisfied. These are the type of things that get your Business referrals and return Customers. I may be only one person, but I can guarantee my voice is not one of a few. It will be my pleasure and commitment to refer your Business to others. I am sure you have others in your Business as qualified and devoted as Adam and I sometimes worry that the next time I need Parts that I find out Adam has moved on to something or somewhere else. Life is life, but I felt it necessary to let you know of my personal and satisfying experiences and hope you will pass my appreciation on to Adam. He seems to be a genuinely commited individual and it is a pleasure to work with him on my ATV needs.

In June of 07 I traded in my VT1100 cruiser for a southern honda original (SHO) VTX 1300 Cruiser. I felt like you gave me a fair trade-in value and was well pleased with my purchase. After having only ridden 8 miles my new baby blew a head gasket.I called Mike Culpepper ( who handled the sale paperwork) on his cell and although he was already at home he met me back at the dealership.John I will never forget how you took me aside and said "no problem we can fix it",but that if I were to ever have another problem I would feel like I had bought an expensive lemon. You told me that if I could give you three days wou would remove all of the custom parts,place it all on another new bike and deliver it to me.Although I only live 40 miles away I reminded you I was currently on a project 350 miles from your dealership.You said no problem that you would deliver it wherever I wanted.
Next you picked out another custom bike with very few miles and had me take it until my bike was ready. This was all on a Saturday. Wednesday morning at 7:00 A.M.my bike was delivered to me in Douglas,Ga. just as you had promised. During transit the hypercharger had gotten a small scratch. At my 400 mile maintance you guys replaced it at no charge.

Pre-Ordered a 'Wing...Was in and out in less than 2hrs.
AFTER I bought the Unit, the LOCAL Dealer(s), ALL (of course), said that they could have "beat the price"...
So I put the 'Biggest' dealer to the test, and had a friend (looking for a 'Wing'), go to the same dealer, WITH ME, at his side, and the dealer told him "no one will sell you a bike that cheap"...AND, "the big box dealers, are ONLY interested in selling the Bike, Bells, and Whistles, but, can't equal 'us' in Service AFTER the Sale."
AND then told me..."it will be 6 weeks before they can even look at my bike", for an SMALL issue with a 'sticky' Saddlebag Latch.
...Some Service.
ANYHOW, my friend went and called you guys, and we picked his bike up 1 week later."

"I arrived at about 8:20AM last Saturday to find folks lined up at the door for a 9:00AM opening. Doors opened at 8:45AM and I found my salesman Jeff in a Wal-Mart sized showroom who had everything ready. I signed my extended warranty and he took me to Finance where I had a whole 10 minutes to wait. After 15 minutes with the most helpful and knowledgeable Kylee, she took us to the loading area. 15 more minutes and my 2007 Silver Metallic Navi GoldWing was loaded on my trailer and I was on my way back to Picayune, MS, having saved close to $3000. "after deciding to purchase a new atv, a friend suggested i look at Southern Honda for deals. I got online loooked them up and was very surprised at how much cheaper they were than my local dealerships. I called to check stock availability and spoke to Kelly in finance, she in turn gave me to Steve who asked what I wanted, then walked to the warehouse put his hands on it and then called me back about 10 minutes later. "Do you want it"? he asked. I told him yes but it would be another 5 days before i could make the trip to Chattanooga to get it. He told me if I wanted it, it was mine.
Kelly then walked me through the credit app., said all was good, and said she'd see me on Saturday.
9am Saturday i was at the dealership, 9:45, closed with Steve, 10:30 met Kelly and closed with her. 11:45 on my way home with a new quad.

" I made the three hour trek to see what all the fuss was about. I expected such a busy place to have poor customer service. I expected to be treated like cattle. Boy was I wrong. I had already called and had the financing approved. I had already told my salesman(Brian) which machine I wanted and the accessories i wanted to be added. I arrived to find my machine ready to ride and the saleman greeted me with my name. He had remembered me from 4 days before.
The financial dept. was not pushy about the gap and extended warranty coverage. Instead they explained what it was for; how much it was; then asked me if i wanted it.
I had a top notch experience with Southern Honda Powersports. I will be returning in the future with my Honda needs. Kudos to you Southern and your well trained staff.

After taking possesion, I rode it around the block a few times before packing up. The mechanics were fantastic about making adjustments for me. I left the dealership with a personal escort to my hotel, in a strange town in 30 degree weather, not used to riding with so many clothes on. The Florida dealers were unwilling to deal and they lost out on my sale. There were no surprises in Chattanooga. The sales people were great and friendly and very accommodating. I drove up on a Saturday and when I got there the motorcycle was ready to go and I was in and out in just a short amount of time. I have sent two other people up there and they had the same experience. If you are looking for a Honda, Chattanooga is the place to go. It was a very refreshing experience for me. Thank you."
